Terms and conditions
These are the terms and Conditions for the sale of Gracenote Glass splashbacks.
By purchasing any item you agree that you understand
the content and agree to our sales terms.
1.
Delivery Updates
We can not guarantee we will update you with a specific delivery date or time.
If you require any specially delivery requests, these need to be given to us with the order.
If you are not in the courier will leave note for you to contact them or to state a new delivery date.
2. Signing for your splashback
We request that you do not sign for the item until you have checked it, if it is damaged we will send you a new one.
If breakage occurs during transit and you sign for it with out checking we and you have no comeback
(signing for delivery implies the item is in good condition).
If a signature has been obtained and the item is later found to be damaged
then we cannot take responsibility or supply you with a new one free of charge.
3. Splashback Colour and Tones
Please be aware that image colour may differ slightly from PC monitors.
the colour on your screen may be slightly different to the finished printed product.
Example: you have a red kitchen and choose a design with red in
shades and tones might not be correct to your units
In many cases this will not be an issue but something you need to consider.
Gracenote Glass will not accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of slight colour differences.
4. Your own Image supplied to us
If you supply us with an image for printing, we will send you a proof of the layout and image quality check.
You are requested to reply stating you would like to proceed or not. If you agree the image is fine to print
you will not be able to return or obatian a refund if on delivery you do not like the content.
