Q: Can I pay by phone?
A: We currently can not process phone payments. All transactions are either done via Paypal Shopping,
Emailed PayPal invoice or Cheque.
Q: How Long do orders take to Process?
A: All of our splash backs are processed and printed on a per order basis,
with this in mind expect a turnaround time of about 4 weeks.
Q: Can you supply larger or bespoke sizes?
A: Yes this is available. Email us your specific request and will get back to you with a price.
If you wish to proceed we will email you an invoice via PayPal.
Please add another 7 days to the order time for this service.
Q:How Long do custom sizes take to be shipped out?
A: please allow around an extra week for delivery as we will not have these in stock.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A:We use national courier companies to get our splashbacks to you.
Once your order has left us it is usually with you within 24-48 hours.
Q: What glass do you use?
A: The glass is all 6mm toughened, and is supplied with an
approximately 1mm thick self adhesive pad. Just peel off the back and stick to your existing wall/tiles,
so no need for screwing or gluing. Every glass splashback we provide complies
with BS and EN Regulations for toughened glass.
Q: Can you cut out sections for plug sockets?
A: At this time we can not offer this service, but working with the glass manufacturer to offer
this in the near future.
Q: I can not decide on a design, if I order one can I change my mind can I return it?
A: No this is not possible. Each order is printed specifically for you. You need to make
sure which design you want before ordering.
Q: Our Splashback has arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: We request that you do not sign for the item until you have checked it, if it is damaged we will send you a new one.
If breakage occurs during transit and you sign for it with out checking we have no comeback
(signing for delivery implies the item is in good condition).
If a signature has been obtained and the item is later found to be damaged then we cannot take responsibility.
Q: Can I supply an image or design for you to print?
A: This is possible, Please see our Your Own Image page
